Upon completion of the home inspection,the customer will receive an On Site computer generated report that lists the findings of the inspector, Areas of concern indicated to help you evaluate the total condition of the property. All my easy to understand digital photos of areas of concerns will be printed into report for you to review.

We are available 7 days a week and will always do our best to work within your schedule. To better serve you please make sure that all utilities are on and rooms are accesible. Inspections do take time to complete,compile and print within our vehicles.About 3 1/2 hours to produce a 30-40 page report narritive and summary reports included.
